Annie is an independent teacher trainer and author based in Spain. She holds a first-class degree in EFL from ISP "Juan XXIII", Bahía Blanca, Argentina, and an MA in ELT and Applied Linguistics from the University of London. She  is an international speaker, author and trainer. She has taught students of all ages and levels and her experience includes teaching, teacher training and academic management posts in Argentina and Spain. She has given teacher-training workshops in Portugal, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, Indonesia and China and for many years she served as and as a Cambridge English Speaking Examiner, a Cambridge English Language Assessment presenter and as a mentor in the Cambridge Teacher Support Service.

As author, she has worked with a wide range of publishers and written materials for children and adolescents. Her latest published work includes Cambridge Global English Teacher’s Resource, Stages 10 - 12, published by Cambridge University Press. Her main interests are assessment for learning, differentiated instruction and the use of literature, particularly poetry, to develop language skills and creativity and raise awareness of social issues. She is currently and a freelance teacher trainer and author.
