I have been teaching English for over 30 years in different educational contexts, with a particular focus on vocational education, classroom management, and teacher development. I currently teach in higher education at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (ESE and ISEP) and am completing a PhD in Language Sciences (Didactics) at the University of Porto. My work and interests centre on inclusive teaching practices, materials design for diverse learners, and practical ways of using technology to support language learning. Above all, I am interested in approaches that help teachers meet the everyday challenges of increasingly diverse classrooms.
